At keystone, we have a comfortable work environment in terms of ambience, recreational facilities, climate control, cleanliness, and fixtures. The interiors have been specially designed to ensure a healthy work environment - both psychologically and physiologically. The colors are bright and attractive so they create a positive impact on our people.

We have recreation room with Carom Boards and Chess Boards. We have a 1000 square feet canteen having coffee/tea vending machines with sitting arrangements for small groups.

We have well-equipped libraries to satisfy the intellectual appetite of our employees. The libraries contain a large number of technical books and journals as well as many CBT (Computer Based Training) videos. They also have a good collection of books on health and lifestyle, business and economy, travel, sports and management.

Keystone has a very open work culture. Our work atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed that helps increase productivity and efficiency. Group lunches and outstation team-building exercises that augment inter-personal relations and mutual understanding are part of our work culture. Keystone's month-end-bash forums are unique on its own, were the new joiners's have to introduce themselves to the entire organization. Additionally, training programs, stress management, Yoga trainings, health check-up camps, and workshops on healthy lifestyle are regular events in Keystone.
